Job Description
We have an exciting role as a Data Integration Analyst with Healix in Esher.
Reporting to the Data Integrations Manager, you will be working as part of the Healix Global IT to ensure timely successful delivery of Single Sign On and Employee data integrations with Clients and Third-Party Travel Management Companies.
What we are looking for:
This person must have the following skills:
* Project Delivery
* Experience dealing directly with senior management and clients
* SQL
* Report creation
This person would benefit from knowledge in the following areas:
* Knowledge of Medical Assistance and Travel Risk Management
* SSRS
* PowerBI
* Experience of operating in a Service Desk environment
This person must:
* Be an excellent communicator
* Be a diplomatic leader who can quickly get people on side
* Be delivery and Detail Focused
* Be a self-motivated and personable individual able to work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for their functional area
* Be able to be proactive but also to take direction
* Be in possession a methodical and structured approach to analysing problems and producing solutions
* Have the ability to influence decisions through reasoned argument
* Have excellent documentation and presentation skills
* Be quick to build relationships and earn respect through sound judgement and a positive attitude
* Be committed to getting the job done
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility of working hours to accommodate client needs is essential.
About The Role
Key Activities include but are not restricted to:
* Successful delivery of data and SSO integrations within agreed SLAs
* Resolution of issues
* Communication with the business, Clients and Third Parties
* Planning for integrations
* Reporting and controlling of costs related to integrations
* Working with the wider IT team and suppliers to deliver more complex integrations
* Operating as part of the IT Service Desk
