We are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our PM Hub in St Albans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the relationship between Tenant and Landlord
* Manage the Landlord Portfolio
* Create and maintain detailed, accurate file notes
* Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors
* Progress Damages & Reimbursements
* Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Prepare reports for Senior Management
* Monitor workload of the team
* Hold monthly 121s with the team
* Oversee training and development of new members of staff
* Handle complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
* Comply with all legislation
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience within Estate Agency, Residential Lettings, and Property Management
* Highly motivated with a demonstrated success within Property Management
* Qualified to ARLA/NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or Equivalent
* First-class customer service skills
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, time management skills, and strong attention to detail
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship skills
* High levels of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
