Job Summary: Grandview Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterilization, and safe handling of medical instruments and equipment, which is vital to patient care and safety. This role plays a crucial part in our healthcare organization by maintaining high standards of infection control and supporting the hospital's commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect, clean, and sterilize medical instruments, equipment, and surgical tools.
* Assemble instrument trays, ensuring proper arrangement and packaging.
* Monitor and operate sterilization equipment following established procedures.
* Adhere to infection control standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Maintain accurate records of instrument sterilization and tracking.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification preferred.
* Prior experience in sterile processing or a healthcare setting is an advantage.
* Knowledge of infection control and sterilization practices.
