ABOUT THE ROLE
Keiki are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Coordinator to run our beautiful boutique “bush school” service in Hamersley, next door to Glendale Primary School. This unique service offers two large rooms for toddler and kindy aged children, each with its own enormous outdoor environment for children to learn, play and grow.
You will be supported by a dedicated head office team, with specialist support in HR, Finance, Marketing and Compliance as well as a team of fantastic educators in the service.
We are looking for an innovative leader who has the following skills:
* A diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher;
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams;
* Experience in the day to day running of a childcare environment;
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels;
* Excellent organisational skills, the ability to forward plan, meet targets and juggle multiple priorities.
