Your mission An insurance broker at Indeez drives business development with national and international insurance carriers through their understanding of international insurance placements, their existing network of carrier relationships, and Indeez’ best-in-class digital distribution capability. Our brokers collaborate with clients to understand their risk profiles, and work with insurance providers to design tailored insurance solutions. Our brokers work alongside various Indeez stakeholders (Actuary, Product, Operations etc), to prioritize and build our network of capacity providers, and our suite of insurance products. More specifically, you will: Assess and analyse client’s specific business risks and insurance needs. Identify suitable insurance products and providers tailored to each client’s requirements. Maintain relationships with insurance providers and continue to build your network of insurers and brokers. Develop different product offerings on motor and P&C lines of business - support the development of innovative pricing models that create differentiation in the market. Drive the negotiation on T&Cs with external stakeholders (insurers, MGU, brokers, re-insurers as needed). Respond to all offers in a timely manner, calculating ratings and negotiating conditions of insurance contracts Write and review contract wordings with the support from the legal staff. Keep up to date with business and competitive trends: Identify best in class practices and products that can lead to development of new business and/or areas of profitable growth.
