We are a growing Telecoms company and are looking for someone to join our busy team here at the Berkhamsted office. The successful candidate will be office based, working alongside the sales team.
We would like someone with at least 2- 3 years experience of the commercial telecoms industry. If you have knowledge of installations and provisioning this would be very useful. Training will of course be provided for our in-house systems and processes.
The role will include the following:
* Processing sales orders for broadband, telephone line, telephone system, structured cabling, number migrations.
* Liaising with customers throughout the order installation process
* Answering calls and logging faults on our system when required
* Arranging equipment to be configured and delivered to site
* General sales support and administration duties
* Providing customers with quotations
* Updating project information to our CRM and other inhouse systems.
We would like the new member of our team to be confident working with the following applications:
Word, Excel and Outlook.
We have in-house portals/ systems for some tasks and training will be provided.
A good telephone manner is essential as we deal with important clients over the phone on a daily basis.
We would like to take someone on for an initial 12 months (contract) with a view to a permanent position.
Hours and days required are Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30pm
