An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secondment Opportunity for a Breast Principal Radiographer has arisen to join the Breast Unit Team.
The post holder will provide management leadership and clinical support to the Breast Screening and Symptomatic Breast Services, through effective management of its personnel, financial and physical resources.
The post holder will manage and develop on a day to day basis the workforce across all sites within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust breast department.
They must ensure the activity of the department reflects the values of the Trust with the aim of improving the quality of the service delivered
The post is for 30 hours per week. You must have a BSc or DCR (R) in Radiography and a current HCPC registration with UK experience within a Breast Unit.

In partnership with the Director of Screening, Associate Divisional Director, Consultant Breast Radiographer and Imaging Services and Professional Lead, to form an effective management team that is committed to providing a high quality service.
The post holder will ensure effective resource management and the delivery of NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP); this is in addition to the Quality Assurance programme and North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust objectives through service improvements plans and reviews.
To manage and co-ordinate breast imaging services for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust Breast Screening Service and the Symptomatic Breast Service at Hinchingbrooke hospital.
