Carbon60 are working with a renowned global university who are looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join them on a short-term contract.
Contract Specifics:
* Contract Length: 3-4 months initially.
* Pay Rate: £300-£350 per day (PAYE).
* Office Location: Central London.
* Working Flex: Hybrid, with 2 days per week required in the office.
Overview of the Role:
This role will develop and implement a digital learning strategy, ensuring engaging, accessible, and high-quality online learning experiences. You will lead on the delivery of mandatory and role-specific training, manage learning technologies, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning. This is a pivotal role within the university's Organisational Development team, shaping the future of staff learning and development.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a digital learning strategy to enhance online learning pathways.
* Oversee the university's portfolio of mandatory and specialist training, ensuring compliance and engagement.
* Manage learning technologies, ensuring content meets accessibility and quality standards.
* Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to create engaging digital learning experiences.
* Monitor learner engagement, evaluate course effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
* Lead the integration and optimisation of learning management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Required Experience:
* Strong background in digital learning, instructional design, and learning technologies.
* Experience managing learning platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Suite).
* Knowledge of AI, gamification, and multimedia tools to enhance digital learning.
* Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop effective learning solutions.
* Strong project management skills, with experience delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in digital learning.
