Currently partnering with a leading applied technology services provider to support a prominent London Market Insurance company in their search for a skilled Business Analyst specialising in process definition. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Create detailed Level 5 process maps for end-to-end insurance functions. Collaborate with vendors to gather and refine document template specifications. Conduct process and requirements analysis. Review test strategies, assist in the creation of test cases, and support triaging and defect analysis. The ideal candidate should have; Background working within the Lloyd’s/London Market. 7 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst. Solid background in creating process maps. Experience in implementing Policy Admin Systems.
