We are seeking a dedicated IT Analyst to support and enhance our IT infrastructure and systems. The IT Analyst will analyze, plan, and implement IT solutions that meet our organizational needs, ensuring efficient operation and continuous improvement of IT services.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current IT systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement IT solutions and enhancements to meet organizational needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to assess system health and security.
Assist in the design and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new installations, and software rollouts.
Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system functionality.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience with system analysis and design.
Familiarity with IT security principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Proficiency in using IT management tools and software.
Knowledge of database management and data analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, 35,000 - 40,000 P/A
Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday
