Our client is a Care Provider Agency based in Watford and they are seeking an ImplementationManager to join their busy team. As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the effective setup and roll-out of new care packages within a social care environment. This role ensures that all new care packages are safely, efficiently, and personally introduced, meeting the individual needs of users while adhering to relevant and current legislation, commissioning requirements, and internal quality standards. Candidates must be able to drive and live within close proximity to Watford. This is an office based role, Monday-Friday with standard office hours. The Key Responsibilities For This Role: Project Manage the Implementation Process : Lead the end-to-end implementation of new care packages, from initial referral through to go-live. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with commissioners, social workers, families, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to gather requirements, assess risks, and develop bespoke implementation plans. Assessment & Planning : Participate in needs assessments and care planning meetings, ensuring all aspects of care and support are accurately captured and documented. Team Mobilisation : Coordinate recruitment, training, and deployment of care staff to ensure readiness for new packages. Quality Assurance : Conduct pre- implementation audits and follow-ups post- implementation to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Monitoring & Handover : Oversee the first 46 weeks of care delivery to monitor outcomes, troubleshoot challenges, and transition the package to long-term operational management. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain thorough records and provide regular updates to senior management, funders, and regulators as required. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within health or social care (e.g., care coordinator, service manager, project lead). Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Confident communicator able to engage professionally with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service users. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally. Desirable Experience working with complex care, learning disabilities, or mental health services. Qualification in Health & Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 4/5, RMA). Project management certification or relevant training. Values & Behaviours Committed to dignity, respect, and inclusion.
