We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join a leading logistics company based within the Colnbrook area.
Duties will include:
* Collect and verify employee working hours
* Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
* Calculate overtime, bonuses and commissions
* Manage and calculate taxes and deduction
* Ensuring payroll records are kept up to date
* Submitting P11Ds
* Handling any queries regarding payroll from employees
* Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to manager
* Reporting to the Accounts/ HR manager
Experience needed:
* Previous experience within payroll
* Sage 50 & 200 experience
* PC literate
* Outstanding communication skills
* Attention to detail
* 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Working hours:
* 22-30 hours a week, working between Monday- Friday
