Job summary
Are you a skilled solutions developer ready to make an impact by building innovative IT systems and seamless integrations? We're looking for a Senior Solutions Developer to lead and support key technical projects, design robust systems, and ensure our digital solutions enhance performance across our NHS Trust.
This is a hybrid role however, you'll be required to attend the office in Taunton a minimum of once per month and will need to be available to attend more frequently during project work.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Solutions Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting complex integration projects and custom digital solutions across our organisation. You'll lead development efforts for a range of clinical, administrative, and information systems, utilising industry-standard languages and frameworks. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in mentoring team members, ensuring our digital infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead projects on system integration and interface development.
2. Design, develop, test, and maintain custom digital solutions and integrations.
3. Act as a technical authority, offering expert guidance on systems integration and interfacing.
4. Provide leadership and mentorship for solution developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
5. Manage and configure critical systems to ensure they meet the needs of front-line staff.
6. Ensure compliance with cyber security best practices and organisational policies.
