Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project completion Organise and participate in meetings Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring transparent and effective communication Distribute schedules and updates to the production team Logistics and Resource Management: Identify and coordinate the acquisition of equipment and resources, including labour Assist in coordinating training requirements Manage the scheduling of goods in and out, encompassing raw materials and finished products Oversee stock management to ensure the availability of necessary materials Budgeting: Aid in the creation and monitoring of the production budget Track and report Production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Documentation: Maintain accurate records Create and update production schedules and reports The Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar industry Proficiency in planning/scheduling software (Microsoft Projects) Strong organisational and communication skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player Commitment to and promotion of all safety practices
