Recruitment Solutions are currently working with one of the nations leading Waste Management companies. Due to continued & massive growth, we are looking for a service administrator to join the busy team on a permanent basis.
Job summary

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
4. Contact customers if there has been a missed collection with reasons & confirm rescheduled day
5. Minimise the number of invoice queries and investigate any credit requests made by customers
6. Inputting of data onto the bespoke CRM / database
7. Conduct end of month checks to ensure invoicing runs smoothly
8. Resolve any customer missed collections in a calm manner
9. Self manage emails & workload
Candidate Expectations:
10. Strong administration skills
11. Competent in the use of all Microsoft applications (outlook & excel mainly)
12. Excellent customer service, not afraid to make phone calls
13. Able to deal with difficult situations whilst resolving the issue at the same time
14. Must be a team player willing to help the rest of the team
15. Able to work on your own initiative
Working Days, Hours & Salary:
16. Monday – Friday
17. 08:30 – 17:00
18. £12 per hour
