Night shift - 21.30 – 07.30 weekend work included

The Lighthouse is a 5-bedded transitional recovery service for females over the age of 13. This provision is part of Priory’s transitional living services for young people and young adults, offering individuals the best possible care in their recovery journey.
The Lighthouse is a large detached house, which offers a viable alternative to a hospital or secure setting. It achieves this through a high ratio of care, which enables a robust and proactive approach to risk management, whilst supporting people to engage with meaningful activity in the community.

Job Description

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring nature

A healthcare qualification is desirable, but not essential

The Lighthouse provides a unique package of care and support 24 hours a day and 365 days a year for young people within our care system. This provision is part of Priory’s transitional living services for young people and young adults, requiring support with risk taking behaviours offering the best possible care in their recovery journey
