Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Checking vehicle orders and completing trade invoicing efficiently and accurately
2. Liaising with the Sales Executive team over the phone, via email, and face to face when required
3. Organise, schedule and diarise RFL renewals, VLC updates, and insurance cover
4. Taxing and invoicing new and used cars
5. Raising Purchase orders for maintenance work required
6. Liaising with customers and dealing with their enquiries
7. Inputting stock details on the group's computer system
8. Arranging new car deliveries with drivers
9. Liaising with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard
10. Working closely with group dealers and customers to ensure payment is received on time
11. Maintaining full and accurate stock records
12. Ensuring all documentation relating to the process is entered on to the relevant systems accurately and on time
Sales Administrator Requirements:
1. Vehicle Administration experience
2. Great eye for detail
3. Team Player
4. Highly organised
