The People and Finance Service Transformation (PFST) programme aims to empower and enable our staff to deliver efficient, reliable, and modern HR and Finance services. We are looking for a Programme Support Analyst to join our PFST team on a fixed term of 12 months. About the Role • Maintain and update key programme documentation, including plans, risk registers, issue logs, and decision logs. • Organize and schedule programme governance meetings, workshops, and team check- ins, ensuring timely documentation of agendas, minutes, and action items. • Track and follow up on actions to ensure they are completed within deadlines. • Keep risk and issue registers up-to-date with appropriate mitigation plans. • Manage and track change requests, ensuring proper review, approval, and implementation. • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact. • Support stakeholder engagement, including preparing communication materials and feedback mechanisms. About You • Degree-educated or equivalent relevant experience. • Proven experience providing administrative support for large-scale programmes or projects. • Knowledge of programme governance, risk, issue, and change management processes. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. • High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping and identifying inefficiencies. • Effective communication skills, confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
