Role Overview:As a System Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting integrated theatres and bespoke visual communication systems in UK healthcare establishments. Key Responsibilities:
1. Planned Preventative Maintenance & Support:
* Perform routine maintenance visits at customer sites and in the Head Office repair facility, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
* Provide installation and commissioning support in line with project documentation.
* Conduct customer visits to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
* Stay updated on new products and technologies, continually enhancing your expertise.
* Ensure that all technical standards and quality procedures are followed during each task.
* Accurately log and update issues and service records, keeping the Service Manager informed on progress.
