About The Role
This is a secondment/fixed-term role for 28 hours per week.
The role-holder will primarily be responsible for overseeing the collation of information for Graduate Outcome contacts and data validation for the University and responsible for ensuring all required process documentation is up to date, act as a point of contact for queries and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to co-ordinate the delivery of key data sets. The primary aim of the Data Management Coordinator will be to support the Head of Academic Records and Systems and the Academic Data Systems team in the co-ordination and production of the University’s Graduate Outcomes (GO) cohort returns, the transition to Data Futures, maintain programme and module information and assist with other record returns and data quality as appropriate.
Applicants must be self-motivated, proactive and organised, with excellent IT skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate with a wide range of people and be able to respect a high level of confidentiality.
