Albion Search are currently working with a regional fit out contractor, to appoint a Site Manager for a Cat A Office scheme on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. The project is due to run until March 2025, with the initial strip out underway currently and the fit out to follow on from the end of October, which includes communal areas/kitchens and office space.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Cat A & B office fit outs, be client facing and be able to manage the project working around a live environment on other floors.

* Inductions
* Ensuring the programme is ran on time and in budget
* Contracts Manager/Director updates
* Client liaison
* RAMS
* Liaising with the commercial team
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience specifically in office fit outs.
