We are delighted to share that we are searching for a Capability Co-Ordinator to join our team at Diageo Moray House!
Working within the Malt Distilling Training Team, you will support the Training & Competency Lead and report to the Capability Manager. You will also support the Scotch Training team for wider projects as needed. This is a vital role as we refocus and transition into building standardised practices across Scotch.
About the role
This exciting role is responsible for the day-to-day support required to manage a successful training and capability strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying training gaps within each role and planning relevant training to ensure completion and compliance.
* Prioritising and managing tickets related to training issues.
* Updating skills matrices and systems to track, record, and review training courses.
* Collaborating with operational sites and external training providers to understand availability for trainees and trainers.
* Booking external training sessions for sites.
* Supporting and driving training and competency improvements within the capability community.
* Ensuring adherence to training plans and budgets.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with learning management systems, Microsoft applications, and familiarity with Man Ex, packaging, lean methodologies, and process control will be highly beneficial. A full, clean UK Driving License is required due to travel needs.
