JOB DESCRIPTION
POST TITLE: Receptionist
REPORT TO: General Manager
Purpose of the job: The post holder will be the prime contact for front of house meet and greet.
Duties will include:
1. General correspondence and telephone/sales enquiries.
2. Ensuring smooth running of front of house.
3. Completing daily check calls on apartment residents.
4. Making tea and coffees for visitors and restaurant service.
5. Completing a monthly newsletter for residents.
6. Running occasional evening events.
7. Attending training courses and sessions as required.
8. Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
9. Preparing and maintaining stationary orders, stock, and records.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Maintain an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
2. Act as a fire marshal whilst on duty.
3. Work individually and within the team to provide necessary administrative support for residents, staff, and management.
4. Observe and maintain high levels of communication within the teams of staff, individual colleagues, and residents.
5. To carry out any additional duties as requested.
6. To review on a regular basis the job description for your post and to agree any changes.

Accountability:
Be accountable to the Manager for all areas of your duties and responsibilities. This accountability will be expressed through regular one-to-one supervisions and team meetings with the Manager and other members of the team.
Tasks and responsibilities within your area of capability may vary occasionally depending upon the needs of the business. You may be asked to undertake a variation of your normal routine to meet these needs. Your enthusiasm and flexibility will be appreciated.
