Role • We are seeking a full-time Business Support Administrator to join our busy and dynamic Head Office Team. • Previous Financial Services experience is not essential (as full training is provided) however, a previous background within Administration is essential. • In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing the administration of new business, managing documentation and record-keeping, coordinating reports, handling internal communications, assisting in process improvements and providing outstanding client service. • Your proactive involvement will ensure we meet the needs of both our clients and financial advisers, delivering seamless support at every stage. • As a key member of our talented team, you will work in an open, collaborative environment, taking on a responsible and engaging role at the core of our company. Responsibilities • Streamlining new business: Be the first point of contact for processing new business, ensuring everything is set up quickly and accurately. • Reconciling payments: Take charge of managing payments coming into the company, ensuring everything is reconciled and running smoothly. • Building relationships with providers: Work closely with our product providers to resolve any payment or new business issues and foster strong working relationships. • Supporting the adviser team: Provide vital administrative support to our adviser team, helping them focus on what they do best while you handle the behind-the-scenes coordination. • Database management: Keep our databases up to date, ensuring all information is organised and accessible when needed. • Project contributions: Play an important role in strategic projects, helping us move forward with key business initiatives. • Handling enquiries: Be the friendly face (or voice) managing general phone and email inquiries, helping clients and colleagues with their needs. • Client engagement: Liaising with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing top-notch service every time. • Maintaining files: Stay on top of compliance and personnel files, ensuring everything is organised and up to date. • Social media updates: Help keep our company’s social media channels fresh by contributing to regular updates and posts. • Team collaboration: Be an essential part of our team, handling day-to-day communications and supporting various projects as they come up. While not essential, it would be great if you have: (full training is provided) • Experience in financial services or wealth management. • Familiarity with the Intelligent Office System (IO). • Knowledge of working within FCA guidelines. • Experience handling client-sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.
