About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Development Programme Team to support the end to end delivery of our Group Development Programmes, including our early careers and apprenticeships programmes.
In this role, you will play a central role in supporting the delivery and management of our development programmes across the group, championing diversity and inclusion at all times. This also include the opportunity to work closely with all members of the team, coordinating our group programme plans to make sure we offer programmes that attract, develop, and retain the best diverse talent.
The Hiring Manager for this role isRossana Szwajbak.
You will be responsible for
1. Supporting the management and delivery of our development programmes, initially focusing on our level two retail and stronger start's apprenticeships
2. Creating and maintaining programme guides, briefing documents, website content for all our development programmes
3. Partnering with our internal comms and branding teams to help create programme and print materials.
4. Posting our development programmes news and opportunities through our social media channels
5. Coordinating and implementing group development programme milestones on time and on budget
6. Developing clear and well communicated delivery plans with the development programme managers and other people teams
7. Collaborating with stakeholders across markets and functions to ensure strong alignment across all plans
8. Owning and championing the development programme quality blueprint, sharing expertise and best practice across the group
9. Tracking apprenticeship contract to ensure that we meet all the requirements stipulated and have the required quality controls in place
10. Owning and championing compliance and quality with contractual KPI's, including setting and tracking next steps from conception through to completion, escalating issues as appropriate
11. Ensuring key documents and share point sites are tracked and kept up to date as stipulated by Apprenticeship Funding Rules and the ESFA Employer Checklist
12. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities by staying updated on industry trends and best practices, as well as always looking for ways to simplify work
13. Managing the development programme teams shared inboxes as the first point of contact
