In this pivotal role, youll lead a talented team of Business Support Executives - the driving force behind our sales engine - and help us streamline, scale, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.. What Youll Be Doing: Lead, mentor, and grow the Sales Operations team into a talent pipeline for future sales professionals. Own execution excellence across quoting, order validation, renewals, and sales validation processes from order to billing. Drive operational improvements that reduce administrative friction and boost measurable sales efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Project teams to ensure orders, integrations, and acquisitions flow smoothly. Champion process integrity while fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across your team. Track and optimise performance through clear KPIs, SLA monitoring, and robust reporting frameworks. What Success Looks Like: Build a scalable, high-performing team that fuels sales efficiency and improves customer experience. Reduce sales cycle times and elevate productivity across the sales organisation. Deliver seamless onboarding and smooth integration of acquired customers, minimising churn. Boost renewal effectiveness by enabling smart, proactive collaboration with the Customer Success team. Ensure accuracy and speed in quoting and order processes, creating seamless transitions between sales and delivery. Eliminate single points of failure through robust documentation and team knowledge-sharing. Develop future sales talent by nurturing top performers within the BSE team. What You Bring: Proven leadership in Sales Operations within IT Services, Telecoms, or Technology - ideally in high-growth or post-acquisition environments. Experience working with subscription-based and recurring revenue models, with a strong commercial mindset. Knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), along with sales automation tools and performance analytics tools. Strong grasp of sales forecasting, process optimisation, and reporting. Solid understanding of WAN, LAN, WiFi, or Security is seen as a big plus. The ability to manage process discipline, challenge inefficiencies, and inspire change. Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills, strong stakeholder management, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset. Whats in it for you?
