Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination and continuous improvement of the HSE management systems and approvals.
* Work within a broader QHSE team to provide regional advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with HSE policies and practices.
* Assist in the development of the regional compliance program, promoting the implementation and maintenance of HSE systems and procedures in line with global frameworks and regional regulations.
* Implement systems to monitor compliance with Global IMS policies, group, and customer requirements, including compiling statistical analysis and offering improvement recommendations.
* Offer guidance and support to regional QHSE champions and site managers regarding the global QHSE framework, HSE performance improvements, and compliance issues.
* Provide advice on continuous improvement in manufacturing and service products and services.
* Conduct internal and external audits according to the HSE audit schedule and support third-party audits.
* Assist in investigating HSE non-conformances, ensuring timely reporting in line with policy, and resolving issues, escalating significant matters to the Regional Head of QHSE.
* Communicate urgent HSE matters to the region through timely HSE alerts and safety bulletins, keeping the Regional Head of QHSE informed of progress, developments, and incidents.
* Review and develop HSE documentation to ensure compliance with local operational, regulatory, and customer needs, liaising with relevant authorities and third parties as required.
* Maintain and monitor the legal register in alignment with regional activities.
* Complete customer documentation related to HSE elements of tenders and customer questionnaires.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a similar role.
* NEBOSH certification.
* A reliable reference on safety standards, with the ability to identify risks and provide insights into root causes and corrective actions. Must be proactive in highlighting issues and improving safety and well-being.
