Band 6 Psychotherapy Practitioner in MBT
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Psychotherapy Service in West Dunbartonshire as a Psychotherapy Practitioner in Mentalization-Based Therapy. The MBT programme aims to deliver intensive evidence-based psychotherapy programmes to the highest quality standards to patients with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
We are looking for an empathic, reflective, inclusive and innovative individual who is motivated to deliver the highest quality standards to patients with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. We are seeking an individual who can share values that are important to us - being respectful, empathic, curious, collaborative, forward-thinking and trauma-informed – and who embodies these values in their day-to-day work.
We offer tailored and supportive line management alongside, MBT clinical supervision both 1:1 and group on a weekly basis, peer support and multi-disciplinary supervision structures are in place to support personal reflection and growth. Our team ethos promotes patient-centred co-ordinated care, efficiency and a culture which values, enables and develops our staff.
