Job Description
* Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining a well-organised work environment.
* Managing administrative staff and allocating assignments.
* Implementing office policies and procedures.
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
* Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
* Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
* A degree in business administration or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
