Serve as the technical solutions manager for the TMF Cooperation department. Manage and advise the key technical directions, expand industry influence of the companys core strategic directions including Value Streams, ODA:in:a:Box, Data:driven NPS management, Service:centric Intelligent Operations etc., by creating industry consensus in the TMF. Coordinate technical resources across GTS SPDTs, and work with standards and industry development teams to develop and implement strategic standard and industry development initiatives in TMF.
Continuously monitor industry and technological trends in TMF, collaborate the GTS SPDTs to identify new opportunities and potential risks in core strategic directions listed above, and provide actionable insights.
Utilize mid:level partner channels in TMF to incubate, operate, and manage joint innovation projects e.g. catalyst projects, and showcasing GTS products and services industry leadership by acquiring TMF industry awards.
