Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting.
* Prepare financial statements and support payroll runs.
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Maintain purchase order processing systems and handle financial queries.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
* Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance administration.
* Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (e.g., Xero).
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solver who thrives under deadlines.
