* Braehead Specsavers is based in the retail district by the River Clyde
Whats on offer
* Full Time (5 days out of 7) - 9am - 5.30pm with a weekend day to be worked each week
* Salary - circa £30,000 DOE

Experience level: Must have a retail optics experience.
Main Duties to include:
* Manage the overall performance of the team to achieve financial targets considering the retail calendar year.
* Drive the store key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Manage Health and Safety effectively and ensure the store remains compliant.
* Ensure your own and your teams’ personal development is actively undertaken and in line with the business objectives.
* Mentor and coach others in all aspects of daily store operations, make referrals to managers, develop the team.
* Deliver complex dispensing and advanced problem solving.
