Contracts Manager Greenview Group Location:Northern Ireland (office base either Carryduff or Belfast)with travel to customer sites asrequiredfor execution of role. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support the execution of our Capital Works Northern Ireland contracts. The Contracts Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific contracts within their designated Delivery Unit in Greenview Group. This role involves managing delivery teams, defining contract scope and objectives, and ensuring that the contract is delivered on time, within scope, and to budget. The Contracts Manager will work closely with the Operations Director, Commercial Manager, Project Controllers & Document Controllers to meet the customers objectives along with managing Subcontractors and engaging with all aspects of the business as required. Position Overview A Contracts Manager is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of all projects within a Delivery Unit at Greenview. This position involves managing the delivery of key customer contracts and ensuring the delivery team is aligned to meet contractual delivery targets, KPIs and customer satisfaction. The role will focus on commercial electrical contracts.
