About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Welding Technician with Fanuc robot programming skills to join our team. You will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotic welding equipment, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Fanuc robotic welders from scratch
2. Troubleshoot robotic welding and ancillary equipment
3. Ensure target production rates are met
4. Oversee manual and robotic MIG, spot, seam, and stitch welding
5. Arrange maintenance and repairs with subcontractors
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives
7. Follow Health & Safety protocols
8. Perform general welding and mechanical maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in Fanuc robotic programming and troubleshooting
2. Strong manual and robotic welding skills (MIG, spot, seam/stitch)
3. Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues
4. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving
