About the Role
Job Solutions Ltd is delighted to be assisting our local client with their recruitment for a Retail Customer Care Manager to join their busy, professional team.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Bridgwater, Somerset, with opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around £35,000 per annum and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail customer care staff to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
* To work closely with the Head of Customer Care to ensure that all customer complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
* To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail customer service or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
