Geo Associate (Lead for Southampton)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical lead to join our established Geo team in Southampton. Geo is a core discipline within Hydrock, with leadership from our CEO and COO who have Geo backgrounds.
The role requires technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership qualities. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth in the Southampton and Southeast regions.
Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of UK geo consulting experience, relevant chartership, and a broad industry knowledge. Skills in work-winning and proposal writing are essential.
Responsibilities include managing and coordinating ground investigations, risk assessments, and report preparation; leading business development efforts; managing budgets; mentoring staff; and ensuring health and safety standards.
