About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is commercially driven, and has a passion for providing outstanding client support.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
2. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating service delivery and resolving any issues.
3. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients.
4. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure a high level of service is maintained.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and progress.
6. Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic insights and ensure SYTECH remains at the forefront of client expectations.
7. Ensure retention of valued customer base.
8. Negotiate Service Level Agreement changes in accordance with Continuous Improvement.
9. Build pipeline data based on client budgetary information.
10. Produce KPI reports for contracted customers to report on turnaround compliance and contracting trends.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
4. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
5. Knowledge of digital forensics or technical services (desirable but not essential).

1. Travel is a requirement of the role; therefore, own vehicle and business insurance is mandatory.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum - depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications, plus the opportunity for growth based on your performance and contributions to the role.
