The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator with at least 2 years of experience using Tajima embroidery machines. This role is both varied and exciting, as you will be personalising a wide range of clothing garments for clients across different industry sectors, from corporate uniforms to sportswear and promotional merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate Tajima embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products.
2. Set up and adjust machine settings for different embroidery designs and garment types.
3. Load and test embroidery stitch files, ensuring accurate production.
4. Perform regular maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure efficiency.
5. Monitor quality control and troubleshoot any issues during production.
6. Assist in digitizing and preparing embroidery files when required.
Who We're Looking For:
1. At least 2 years of experience operating Tajima embroidery machines.
2. Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Pulse DG17, Wilcom, or Ethos) is a plus.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to personalise a diverse range of garments.
4. Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine or production issues.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with varied client needs.
