Main duties of the job
1. Design and implement a project that addresses a real system pressure/need, meaningful and impactful local volunteer role that addresses the system need and supports volunteers to be supported into a career in healthcare as a solution to workforce pressures.
2. Identify, consult, and collaborate with organisational stakeholders to ensure the project addresses system pressure and other strategic drivers e.g. senior leadership team including the organisation board, HR directors, Heads of clinical services, Chief AHP, AHP Workforce Lead etc.
3. Provide leadership to the cohort of volunteers associated with the project and the related clinical staff.
