We’re looking for a Recruitment/Resourcing Administrator to join our recruitment team in Nottingham, for one of the UK’s leading chilled food manufacturing businesses If you are very organised, have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, a proactive approach, and are immediately available, we want to hear from you About The Role As our Recruitment/Resourcing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment activities across our multiple locations. From supporting the resourcing team with important recruitment and on boarding administration to maintaining external supplier relationships, your efforts will help us attract the best talent while ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the recruitment process. What You Will Be Doing New Supplier Setup: Complete supplier checks and set up via the New Supplier process on DocuWare, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Recruitment Campaign Support: Coordinate recruitment events and activities, including job fairs, campus visits, and local community outreach to build a strong candidate pipeline. Recruitment KPI Management: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost to recruit v's cost savings and fulfilment rates providing insights to help us optimise our hiring process. Supplier T&C Management: Collect and track terms and conditions from long-standing recruitment suppliers, aligning fees, payment terms and rebates creating a comprehensive T&C matrix. ATS Management: Monitor job advertisements, maintain "live" job listings, assign candidate skills, and report on advertising costs to ensure effective ad placements. Recruitment Audits: Support and conduct regular audits on temporary labour suppliers to ensure compliance and maintain high standards. Who We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, track metrics, and prepare presentations. Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management would be an advantage but full training will be given Strong communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. A proactive, reliable approach and the ability to work independently.
