We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct fabric condition surveys across South Wales using our bespoke tablet-based software.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on a part-time or full-time basis to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site fabric condition surveys of buildings.
Accurately record findings using our bespoke survey software on a tablet device.
Identify and report on building defects, maintenance issues, and overall condition.
Work independently to complete surveys efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements: Experience in building surveying or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building fabric, materials, and defects .
Ability to use a tablet-based survey system (training provided).
Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
