We work with many primary schools across Sutton and provide long term or short-term supply which can lead to contract or permanent positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience and develop your teaching skills.
The successful candidate will:
·Have Qualified Teacher Status.
·Be a compassionate professional who understands the value and importance of providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children in these current times.
·Be personable, approachable and able to build positive working relationships with adults and children.
·Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils.
·Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge across the curriculum.
·Plan targeted interventions across core subjects and liaise with the SENCO to evaluate pupil progress.
·Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment.
·Be an excellent team player who recognises the value of planning and working collaboratively with excellent communication and organisational skills.
·Use excellent and positive behaviour management strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
