The Role The Accounts Payable Administrator will provide administrative support to the finance function by processing data in an accurate and timely manner, thereby facilitating the preparation of financial management information. Key Duties will include: Accounts Payable Administration Reconciling raw material and receipts with purchase order. Assist with other procurement duties as required, such as raising purchase orders. Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment issues or other queries. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing accounts. Process supplier invoices and credit notes in a timely manner so that financial systems are updated with accounts payable information. Generate and process monthly payment runs checking and reconciling the supplier accounts with any statements received. Process transactions for Transport Support Services (TSS) Any other duties as reasonably required by management.
