We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our National Accounts team, in our Birchwood Park head office.
Working as part of our National Accounts Team, our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast-paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, Customer Service Advisors have great prospects for progression and additional training opportunities.
Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for maintaining the relationships of our commercial customer base. Handling inbound calls and emails, you’ll be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential. The customers you will assist in this role are our large commercial clients, so great communication skills and customer focus are essential.
