As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Quality Controller you’ll make routine checks on products and packaging to make sure that they’re correct from a food safety and legality perspective. You’ll use relevant systems to record information and demonstrate traceability and due diligence on behalf of the site and company, and will escalate any non-conformances to prevent product withdrawals or recalls. Your quality checks may involve temperature probing, swabbing, weight and size checks, and you’ll be working towards minimising and preventing any loss of sales or profit whilst ensuring customer requirements are continually met.
