Job Description
The Part Time Payroll Specialist role is a temporary assignment working 3 days per week, either hybrid in the Macclesfield office (1 day per week) or fully remote.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, key responsibilities will include:
1. Process monthly payroll for 310 employees for our UK entity.
2. Required knowledge of maternity/sickness calculations.
3. Post monthly journals into accounting system.
4. Monthly payroll analysis by person with supporting commentary.
5. Filing of pension information with pension providers.
6. Reconciliation of payroll Balance Sheet accounts.
7. Respond to any queries from internal employees regarding payroll.
The Successful Applicant
In order to apply for the role you should:
Have previous experience in running end-to-end payroll and manual calculations.
Be able to consider a temporary role initially.
