What You'll Be Doing:
1. Giving customers a warm welcome and guiding them through their showroom journey
2. Listening carefully to understand customer needs and recommending the perfect vehicle
3. Arranging test drives and introducing value-added products and services
4. Delivering exceptional service from first hello to final handshake
5. Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What You'll Bring:
1. Previous face-to-face sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail
2. Motivation, energy, and a results-driven attitude
3. Confident communication and negotiation skills
4. A professional, customer-focused approach and attention to detail
5. Team spirit with a polished, presentable appearance
6. A full UK driving licence
7. FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete training)
