Our Operations team are recruiting so we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities Manager to join us.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Negotiate, manage and monitor third-party contractors responsible for hard and soft services. Ensure work is completed to the required standard and within agreed timelines. You'll be responsible for evaluating contractor performance against agreed KPIs and ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
2. Developing building plans outlining strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs and forecasting the facility’s future needs
3. Oversee the successful delivery and management of all outsourced contracts and services within the facility (including catering, cleaning, vending, security, waste disposal and utilities).
4. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, environmental policies, and manage all company procedures related to facilities
What you will need to succeed:
5. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively and working to deadlines
6. Previous experience in facilities management or a related field, with strong knowledge of H&S legislation (IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications preferred).
7. Familiarity with industry-specific applications such as EMS, BMS, CAFM, CMMS
8. A strong track record in project management from inception to completion inclusive of being able to work with disparate stakeholders
