Your Impact:
As a Sales Agent in our dynamic Operations Department, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. About You:
* You have a proven track record in sales and customer service, ideally within a call centre environment (3+ years required).
* You're a confident communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
* You're proficient in using CRM systems for booking, customer management, and record keeping.
* You're quick-thinking, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* You are empathetic, patient, and understand other peoples perspectives.
* You are able to document and write emails, and notes clearly.
