We are working with a long-established client who is currently recruiting for an Internal Recruiter; you will be part of a great internal recruitment team where you will be responsible for the direct sourcing, recruitment, and selection of various roles within the business.
Internal Recruiter Responsibilities:
1. Work within a high-paced volume recruitment & selection environment.
2. Manage the candidate flow via pre-screening and telephone interviewing to ensure a high caliber of candidates is selected.
3. Identify skills and behaviors throughout the selection process to match appropriately against requirements.
4. Provide a great candidate experience throughout the candidate journey.
5. Pro-actively source and select candidates, utilizing social media, job boards, and CV databases to increase the candidate pool.
6. Update Applicant Tracking Systems effectively and other in-house reporting tools.
7. Maintain contact with prospective candidates, dealing with questions and queries regarding the application process.
8. Support both candidates and managers through the onboarding process.
9. Work towards personal and team targets and KPIs.
10. Attend and support at Recruitment Open Days in order to attract potential candidates.
11. Work to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong attention to detail while being able to prioritize your workload effectively.
Internal Recruiter Requirements:
1. We are looking for somebody who is confident on the telephone, able to manage a large workload, and has had previous office-based experience.
2. Experience of working in a social care recruitment environment is advantageous.
3. You will also be comfortable and have experience of working to and achieving personal targets and working against KPIs.
